Postage and Packing
Postage and packing are included for UK destinations. Books are sent by 1st Class letter post or by Parcelforce 48 hour, a service that is tracked through the system and requires a signature on delivery. Overseas postal and insurance costs will be calculated at the time the order is confirmed in line with the shipping method selected.
Payment
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/Switch and Sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank.
No cheques will be banked nor cards debited until the day your book is despatched. This applies to books that are currently available and to future publications.
Returns
Any book may be returned, providing that we are advised within seven days of receipt and that it is returned promptly (i.e. within 21 days of receipt) and it is returned in the same condition as when it was despatched. In such cases responsibility for all postage charges lies with the customer unless the book is not as described.
